After fifteen fantastic years running creative and commercial departments in the media industry, I decided to change career direction. I’d trained as a coach (before it became fashionable!) and I’d spent the last few years working closely with a ground-breaking People and Culture team, helping them create one of the most enviable cultures around.

 

The aspects of my role I’d specifically enjoyed the most were all related to helping people and teams create success; that’s where I wanted to focus my efforts.

 

With that in mind it was a natural choice to join Wonder when the opportunity came my way in 2013. Since then I’ve worked with a wide variety of business leaders, helping them develop their people, land their strategies and build winning cultures. 

 

I love the variety of what I do - no two days are the same - but even more than that, the best part of what I do is seeing the results of our work and the positive impact it makes.
